Click Cash, a Brazilian-based fintech, started the first trimester of 2021 as one of the favorites apps in the personal loan app segment. The company reached the top 5 apps on Google Play Store, was launched in March 2020 by the Group Latam Fintech Holdings, and expects to grow even more this year.
With more than 350 thousand downloads on Google Play Store, 40 thousand just this January, the company aims to offer access to fast credit and believes that in time will connect Brazilians consumers to the financial system. Especially those who have been overlooked by banks or that wants a better experience when asking for credit.
For this year, Click Cash aims to reach more people to simplify the complicated and bureaucratic loan process in Brazil. This January, the company already reached 23% of increase in credit applications, compared to December last year.
Indicators of customer satisfaction
Click Cash already offers much more than the ability to get fast money in smartphones. The app uses Mobile Big Data technology to provide accurate credit profile analysis and powerful predictability for our scoring models - factors that differentiates the company in the credit market.
In addition, the app has the second highest rank in the Google Play Store (3.8 out of 5) and ranks first on Reclame Aqui (9.1), compared to other apps in the same online loan segment.
Reclame Aqui is a Brazilian website for complaints against companies regarding customer service, buying, selling, products and services. The platform is also a reference for assessing the reputation of companies.
Users needs in the app
According to Click Cash's survey, also from January this year, 30% of loan requests purpose were to pay some bill, followed by 18% of users who will use the loan to invest and 13% for home renovations.

Credit need in Brazil
From a marketing and commercial point of view, the personal loan segment continues to surprise positively with its growing demand. The October 2020 National Household Sample Survey (Pnad Covid-19), conducted by the Brazilian Institute of Geography and Statistics (IBGE, in portuguese), showed that among the 68.7 million households evaluated, in around 6 million (8.7%), some resident requested a loan.
